The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has confirmed that Hilltop Lakes Water Supply Corporation has taken the necessary corrective actions and that the Boil Water Notice issued on April 20, 2026 is hereby rescinded.
Water Is Safe to Use
Water service has been restored to normal operating conditions. Laboratory test results indicate that the water now meets all regulatory standards and is safe for human consumption.
Customers in the affected area may resume normal use of the water system including drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and making ice.
Corrective Actions Completed
The following actions have been successfully completed:
- System repairs finalized, Distribution lines flushed, Adequate disinfectant (chlorine) residuals confirmed, Required bacteriological (“special”) samples collected, Laboratory results verified as safe
Regulatory Notification
In compliance with TCEQ requirements:
- A copy of this Rescind Boil Water Notice will be submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
- The Rescind Certificate of Delivery and laboratory sample results will be provided as required
